 The Committee on Young Children:  Priority One should implement projects to children, prenatal through age five.  Projects can address maternal and child health, child care, early development, nutrition, parenting education and support, advocacy, pediatric trauma, or safety.

 The Committee on Sponsored Programs shall devise ways and means to establish and support K-Kids clubs in elementary schools, Builders Clubs in junior high (middle) school, Key Clubs in high school.  The committee shall also provide advisors or liaisons to each active school-based club.

 The Committee on Membership Growth and Education should strive to increase membership according to the standards provided in the bylaws and recommend new members for the board’s consideration.  The committee should develop an effective orientation and induction ceremony for new members, provide all new member material including name badges and promote regular attendance by all members at club meetings.
